We cross borders so that art can cross generations.
From Europe to Asia, from private collections to the world's leading museums, every crossing serves a greater purpose: bringing the work intact to its next chapter.

A network that spans the world
Every point is a unit of the network: climate-controlled art storage facilities, freeports and airport hubs linked by secure routes. Hover a point to see the house and the facility type.
A single line across three centuries
From packer to the French court to a global network for art logistics and conservation: the milestones of a story that begins in 1760.
In the service of Marie Antoinette
André Chenue, official packer to the court, crafts in Paris the cases and trunks that protect the queen's trousseau. High-precision crating is born.
The museum era
Maurice Chenue turns the house towards museums and great collections, presenting its services at the Paris World's Fair and, later, in London and Brussels.
Safeguarding the Louvre
Called upon to evacuate the Louvre in the First World War, Chenue repeats the operation in 1939, in the Second.
Tutankhamun in Paris
The pharaoh's treasure arrives at the Petit Palais and draws more than a million visitors. The transport of the works bears Chenue's signature.
International scale
Chenue joins the Horus Finance group, a specialist in logistics services, and gains international reach.
The network crosses the Atlantic
The Chenue group arrives in Brazil in partnership with Expomus, creating Clé Reserva Contemporânea: the country's first private climate-controlled art storage facility.
ArtQuality joins the group
The Horus Finance Group acquires operational control of ArtQuality, Brazil's pioneer in fine art logistics since 2007, consolidating the group's presence in the Brazilian market.
Notre-Dame
After the fire, the French Ministry of Culture calls on Chenue to rescue the works still inside the cathedral.
Italy joins the network
The Horus group acquires Arterìa, Italy's leading company in the transport, packing and storage of works of art, with eight sites from Milan to Rome and over 20,000 sq m of high-security warehousing.
Clé Chenue do Brasil
ArtQuality and Clé Reserva unite under one name: end-to-end logistics and conservation, in a network linking 11 countries, from the Americas to Europe and Asia-Pacific.
