About the show
The exhibition "Vivir para siempre (por un momento)" by Damien Hirst at Museo Jumex ran from 23 March to 25 August 2024. It celebrated the museum's 10th anniversary with 57 iconic works created between 1986 and 2019. The first solo show by the British artist in Mexico, featuring formaldehyde animal sculptures (Natural History series), Spot Paintings, butterflies and The Virgin Mother sculpture in the museum's plaza.
